Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, or arrive significantly late, the session may be considered used and non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

Practitioner Cancellation

If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.

11. Refund Policy for Private Services

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• completed sessions are non-refundable
• packages, containers, or private programs are non-refundable once work has begun
• prepaid sessions may be rescheduled according to the 24-hour notice policy above
• clarity calls are subject to the specific booking terms shown at checkout or on the booking page

12. Physical Products and Books

Physical items sold directly by us, including books and companion materials, may be subject to separate shipping, fulfillment, and return policies.

This policy applies only to physical products sold and fulfilled directly by us.
