Who I Am
I’m Clare Hollywood—
Sovereign Mystic · Coherence Keeper
I am the founder of Healthy Alchemy, a practice I began in 2007 at the intersection of science, spirituality, psychology, and the quiet architecture of the human soul.
I am also the originator of Spiritual Caretaker Syndrome™—a pattern I named after years of witnessing it in clients, and after living it myself from the inside.
I’m a writer, a guide, and someone who has spent nearly two decades helping people find language for what they have been carrying without a name.
I know this work from the inside.
And that changes the way I hold it.
What I Help People Navigate
For nearly twenty years, I have worked privately with people moving through thresholds that do not come with clean maps:

My work brings together science, spirituality, embodied psychology, intuition, and energetic discernment.
It is precise without being rigid.
Grounded without being small.
Many people arrive not knowing they are intuitive.
They leave knowing how to listen.
My Current Work
The concept at the center of my current work is one I coined after years of observation—and after living it myself.
I call it Spiritual Caretaker Syndrome™.
It is the pattern of losing energy, boundaries, and self-reference while trying to hold healing, peace, or light for others.
It is the shadow side of “love and light.”
It is what happens when compassion moves past discernment.
It is the hidden cost of being the one who always holds it together for everyone else.
I have seen this pattern in deeply sensitive, spiritually aware people for years.
And once it is named, it begins to loosen.
This concept now threads through everything I am writing, building, and teaching.
