• Drink plenty of water and pay attention to your body’s needs. You may need extra sleep or rest. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they will dehydrate you.

• Embrace detoxification symptoms, a purging may follow the release of dense energies, as your body is shifting into a higher frequency. It is possible that you may have some symptoms, such as emotional ups and downs, vivid dreams, trouble sleeping, aches, pains or a bit of fatigue. If you do notice anything like this, don't worry, it will pass. It’s a part of the healing process and won't last long. Your body is shedding old toxins that do not resonate with the new, higher frequency. This is actually a very positive sign for your overall healing journey. Let your emotions flow.
